Returns Policy

Customers have 21 days upon the date of receiving their items to return. Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees to return your items. Items must be unworn, tags must also be attached as the day it was shipped to you, and the day you received your shipment

Acceptable returns will consist of the following: -fragrance free -tags attached -unwrinkled - unstained -No holes, tears, or rips, - unwashed: washing items in personal washing machines to remove stains etc. before returning will not be eligible.

Unacceptable returns reasons: Ex: I'm out of town on a trip and won't be back in time to return my items. For this reason, can my date be extended? To make the return process convenient for you, please prepare , & make the proper arrangements to ensure you are returning your items within the 21-day time frame.

Please allow 3-10 business days for processing. After the refund us issued, the date of release of the payment will be up to your bank. Red Carpet Boutique will not be responsible for items sent back to the wrong address.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping & delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
